Some of our wonderful dog past and present.
We have saved quite a few dogs in the past before Min Pin and Mutts was started. We have adopted out some already (one for another rescue) and tragically lost two. We love all our dogs and make sure they are vetted, spayed or neutered if not already done so. They are up to date on all their shots and heartworm negative. They are all kept on heartworm preventative every month so we really do take great pride in looking after our dogs. We screen all our our potential adoption applicants to make sure that they get the continuing care required to keep them healthy and happy.
Sweet, handsome boy!
Was with us for 4 months but passed away sadly due to a major seizure. He was very badly abused by his previous owner and we think this may have been the cause. He was a wonderful boy and best friend to Jasmine. We love and miss you very much Scoobie.. RIP sweet boy.
Minnie is a senior retiree with us. She came to us from PAWS in Fort Walton Beach, Fl as a stray. She was sick to begin with and was nursed back to health. She is typical of her breed, feisty and funny. She is a very much loved member of our family.
This sweet girl came to us from a shelter in Georgia. She had, what we thought, was a massive abscess in her tooth. She was with us for two weeks being fostered by Melissa Matthews. She suddenly became very sick and went to the vet. We sadly had to let her go that day. It was a very sad day for all of us. We loved her to the end and she didn't die alone in a shelter. RIP sweet Georgia Girl.
Vivo takes his job very seriously. We do make sure there is nothing he can lick that would hurt him since he sneakily licks the dog food bowls clean and does a great job until he is caught doing it.
Sarge is our other retiree. He came to us from GA. Owner surrender. He is a senior boy who is starting to feel his age a bit. He is his own man and won't take any nonsense from any of the other dogs. We love this pint sized min pin chi mix.
